Depending on the person behind the counter I have a nice, easy and fast experience. But for the most part I have to wait almost 20 minutes just to cash my check, even when I'm the only one in the bank. If I see someone who takes to long to do a simple task, I'll just turn around and leave. You need to get rid of a lot of people there, or properly train them to do their damn job.
