I obtained a reservation that morning for an economy car. Got to the location to pick it up and the gentlemen behind the register seemed very uninterested. Had his hoodie on with the hood up and after looking at the computer asked is to wait while they figured out what was going on. We waited for about 40 mins and I decided to find out what was going on. The lady stated that they didn't have the car and was waiting for another one to become available. I was a little confused as to why they didn't just tell me that at the beginning. One lady who was very nice a prof had app been calling my people that were supposed to have the cars back to see the eta. They eventually gave me the option to take a 15 passenger van for the same price. She took care of us so I'm satisfied but I'd say they may want to communicate a bit quicker and the gentlemen may want to work on his customer service skills. He just didn't seem to want to be there
I was picked up by Mr. Oscar(I think that's his name) and he was very nice and helpful. When I arrived I was greeted and only had to wait a couple of minutes to be helped. Gregory had a great attitude, answered all of my questions, and gave me information on a future rental. I will definitely use this location again.
The professionalism and service was exceptional. Had to wait a little bit because they were busy. But the experience was very pleasant .
I love Enterprise in Pine Bluff on Olive Street, Tracy is awesome!!!! I give her 10 stars, she accommodated our every need, this summer!!! She is a very professional person, and always keep a smile on her face, we have been renting vans in the summer for the past 3 years, we will look no where else, Enterprise on Olive in Pine Bluff is where we wil rent every summer!!! Im beyond pleased, thanks you Tracy!!!!
