Very organized and great quality. I like not having to go to Little Rock. The long term sales staff are wonderful.

Good deals but not very many on men's shoes compared to women's. Also the dressing rooms were pretty dirty.

Customer service was great! I always have an enjoyable time when I shop here. I never feel pressured or overlooked. I only wish this store had the same sales.as the Little Rock store.

When I arrived, there was one gentleman waiting. I patiently waited and I could see that there was a elderly lady wrapping boxes. She approached the counter and said she would wait on us as soon as she could due to the fact she was the only one working. Standing in the area were two employees carrying on a conversation for quite a while. I knew they were employees because I have seen them several times. After waiting and waiting, she finally yelled out and asked them if they could come and help. They came and the male employee stated to me that he thought I was waiting on my gift to be wrapped. AI told him that he didn't ask if we needed any help. He just looked at us and kept with his conversation. I was very annoyed because this is not the first time I was over-looked in this department, mostly by the female employee which the male employee was talking to. I have told been by my friends that they receive not so friendly service as well and not by the elderly lady (best I could describe her) both are older women but she seem to be the eldest. Please address this issue this.
I had a not so good experience this past Saturday. I visited the Customer Service Department to pick up a box after making a surmountable purchase.
