I've been using their services since 2000, with a break of several years till today. All in all I believe it's an excellent facility and truly has saved my life. From the front door to the interior offices, I'm greeted by warm caring people. I've never, not once, felt unwelcome.
Very unprofessional. They demonstrate no grasp of the DSM V and have actually said they had no idea what was wrong or what the diagnosis should be. I have kids, and if they used the same cursing and bad language that the therapists there use in front of their juvenile clients, my kids would be grounded forever. I heavily suggest avoiding this place.
In all that time, I've only had a couple of conflicts with one particular Dr. My therapist, with the help of upper management resolved them both quickly protecting my best interests. Patients are the #1 priority for this place.
Healing is healing, no matter what is broken, and is usually painful n takes time. But a person who is willing to trust and cooperate with the healers who've been called to this place to heal the broken can find a better life, I believe this with all my heart.
The 1st time I came, I cried, literally for several hours, till someone could work me in. Not even that day, as a sobbing, broken mess, was I treated badly or with condescension or even looked at strangely. Everyone who finds their way here looking for help is broken in some way n if they're willing to open up just a small crack to trust, their healing can begin.
