Every single time I go to this store the customer service is horrible! They act like they are interested in helping me with an issue I have but when they find it may be just a question or an issues with something I have a warranty on and I won't be contributing to a sale that day then that interest immediately is no where to be found. I take care of what I buy so I don't need to come in and buy new cases or a new phone hardly ever. I will never come back to this location and I and currently looking into changing cell phone providers due to the horrible service this store alone provided. Shows AT&T overall does not care for customer satisfaction.
One of the best, if not the best AT&T stores I've ever been in. EVERYONE had a smile on their faces, and all were eager to help. Whoever is managing this store is doing a great job (employees too)!!
I would avoid this store at all costs. They hung up on me when I called ahead to try to get some shipping information, and when I showed up at the store it felt like all the employees where doing their best to avoid us. They where rude and cut us off mid sentence whenever we where trying to ask a question. When we tried to explain how we got there (so we could avoid repeating anything) they just yelled at us and told us to go somewhere else. The assistant manager was the worst, in fact I don't think I have ever had a manager of a store treat me so poorly. I think she understood that she was crossing the line because she refused to give us her name (Mechieal I think). Worst Ever
