I only gave 2 stars because they were able to send something at the last minute. I am not very pleased because the photos on the website looks NOTHING like what was sent. I explained what I needed and the price range and referred to the photo on the website. The lady was pleased on the phone ( we are not residence of Pine Bluff - therefore I located them online ), she did explained it wouldn't be identical but it was no where near what I expected. The photo had a silver vase and a very full arrangement but what was sent was a very plain simple clear vase and a few flowers and very little greenery and a simple bow. I don't think I will be using them again.
