My first experience with Cleo's was fine as I got a discount couch due to a defect with back panel. So I went back again and purchased a sectional that to this date will not stay together, nor hold its shape. It also tears very easily. The sectional is about a year old, and it looks like I've had it for years. Fool me once, but never again. I knew the furniture wasn't the best like Haverty's or even decent, like Hanks, but I didn't know it was that bad. Can't say I got what I paid for, because the sectional was $1200, and should have been $300. Will not be returning, as I might as well catch a sale at the better stores.
I like cleos because there are always great sales n prices at any of thier locations
