Good the staff is great
My family and I have been with Archie Sanders- State Farm for years. My family not only has car insurance through this company, but home insurance as well. The past 2 years of working with this agent and his staff have been absolutely nothing short of HORRIBLE. The customer service is literally non-existent. Each time I have called I have received an arbitrary explanation on why my rate has increased. I've asked for information on what I can do to lower my rates, but they have done nothing to address my concerns. They talk to you as though they are the ones spending their hard earned money. To make matters 100% worse, I am away for school and have tried to call for information on my policy to ensure I stay legally covered while traveling. I have received no information and rushed service each time I have called.
Mr. Sanders has an employee by the name of Yashica that is extremely rude and short with customers. To make matters worse, I have called State Farm customer service 1-800 telephone number to complain about this agent and his company and have received no information at all. I am sure it's not a surprise that my family and I will be switching our insurance very soon. PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. STAY AWAY FROM ARCHIE SANDERS STATE FARM.
