It was ok .. Pizza was a little sloppy other than that it was just ok. Maybe next time it will be better.

I simply called them to find out what time they stopped delivering and the person hung up on me. This type of service around here is typical. Par for the course with this establishment.
I'm so dissatisfied with the service at this Pizza Hut. 1) the cashier had a terrible attitude 2)when we pulled up to the drive in there was nobody in line so we asked to add on a soda. She looked down the drive through and when two cars pulled up she said "we're busy and it's against our policy" how is ringing me up for an item against your policy? It would've taken her like 20 seconds MAX to ring us up for a freaking 2 liter. 3) when we got home the pizza was mostly RAW. I didn't want to even waste my time driving back over there. We just went to dominoes where I have NEVER had an issue with an order.
Don't waste you're time or money on this Pizza Hut

I called to place an order for carry-out upon discovering there is a Pizza Hut only 2 miles from my apartment. The woman on the phone was very polite and helpful, plus she was more than happy to accomodate my vegetarian request on a typically meaty dish. My order was ready and waiting for me when I got to the pick-up wondow (something I've never seen before at a pizza place, but it was very convenient). The woman working at the window was as helpful and polite as the woman I talked to on the phone. The building also looked very clean and updated. Very nice. Honestly, I haven't even eaten a bite of my food yet. I just had to comment on the great customer service experience at this location.
