The service was a little slow and some staff socialize with each other or a friends that come into restaurant a little much . The food was good.
I've been eating here for several years. It seems that the quality of food has diminished somewhat. The snow crablegs were disappointing. You can get better frozen legs at Sams. However, I still enjoy going there and probably will keep going but not as frequently. You keep loyal customers by doing what you did to get them there in the first place Red Lobster!!
Drove 20 miles to eat at Red Lobster, ordered mussels and waiter comes back and said were out. Ordered thousands inland for my salad and got ranch, absent minded waiter. You drive out of your way to show your wife a romantic evening and the place you go don't even have what you want. Very sad indeed. Wait ask you to try shrimp dish, says it not hot, burns my mouth. :'(
Very enjoyable meal. Can't go wrong with Steak and Shrimp...Yummm
Called an order in, was told it would be ready in 30 minutes. I arrived 29 minutes after my call, hostess who took the order has no record of the order at all. Had to sit and wait while they made my food. Dissatisfied especially since I'm pregnant and it was already after 8pm. They weren't busy. I just wanted my food and to go home.
