The service is good, but the food is really no good at all. The chicken was cold, and the dish was missing items that were supposed to be there according to the menu. Really hastily put together meal.
I am in town for business and will never eat here again. Now if I can get my check to leave!!!!!!!
Went on 11.11.2017 @ approximately 7:30 pm. We were a party of four. There was a whole section of empty tables. We were told that there would be at least a 30-45 minute wait because they had about a 20 person party and ALL the wait staff was behind because of this one group. We asked if we could just be seated and order our drinks, that we didn't mind waiting to order our food, but the manager said no, because the wait staff would not even be able to get us drinks because they were so far behind due to one large group of people. Went to the bar to order a drink. Asked the bartender for a drink menu (my friend wasn't sure what she wanted), 1 beer and 2 waters and he said, "we don't have drink menus @ the bar, you can only get a drink menu @ your table". Poor management with poor attitudes and a very under-trained staff. Chili's in Pine Bluff disappoints yet again. Not sure why corporate hasn't sent someone to investigate complaints, and retrain staff.
Don't go if you only have a limited time. If you only have an hour or less I wouldn't suggest it. The wait time today for food was ok. It was the wait time for service that was so long. Took a while after I was seated for even someone to come take a drink order. Asked a couple of questions but the answer was "I don't know" every time. I mean, you can't ask some else? And then once I got my food, she finally checked on me once where I got a refill and finally some napkins since apparently they don't bring them with the silverware anymore. Then had to wait forever for her to come back so I could ask for a box and tell her the stupid Ziosk wasn't working right. Glad the food was good and it came out at a decent time.
We where told it was going to be a few minutes and we sit down to wait. About 20 minutes past, another couple walks in and they where sitter immediately. Don't know it it makes a difference, we are white the other couple was black. Don't think that should have made a difference, but why was we by passed. 2 of u's and 2 of them. Will not be back. This happen November 2, 2017.
I am sitting at my table now actually! If I could deduct stars I would. It's a national chain and therefore you expect decent food but OMG! Processed burger patties, salsa with lots of soggy chips mixed in when it was brought to table. Had to ask for a waitress to take our order (no never even brought drinks) . Has NEVER check led on us. So food is sub par and service is worse. The filth on the front doors should have been my sign to go some place else.
