I was under the impression that the donations and money earned by the donations went to help those in need and I was wrong, oh so very wrong! It profits only those in power of the so-called non- profit company! Very disappointed, I am!
Empty shelves with the usual "goodwill" sky high prices.. If it wasn't for people getting a tax write off the "non profit" wouldn't receive anything. Helping those in need should not involve those in need to practically donate the 75% over priced charges for their items. It is not a long Google to find out how much a 501-c3 "non-profit" can spend on "administrative" costs, as opposed to directly helping those who need it. Took my bit of cash for some non leaking boots and some warm clothes to the thriftstore around the corner. Also a "non profit", but at least my $10 bought me 4 much needed items, instead of a Goodwill (quotes) half a jacket.
I love this goodwill they have an awesome staff. And they keep there selves stoked. This goodwill also never over charges for anything.
Best goodwill I been to,they have almost everything you would need. I would go there again.
