So when I called this morning....to Beth...advising her that I didn't have a ride....they came up with other underhanded rules that are not in contract stating....I need to get my money back because you didn't wait for our call....I explained to her that they never called and I am not her slave.....I have a contract to follow. So later this evening....she had someone to come and take the car....and refused to give me my payment back....she says because I didn't wait for her call. I called the police.....to remove the repo guy off the premises unless he had my payment. They talked to him and he left....He later came thru our back yard....disturbing my 81 year old mom....taking the car....

bought a car from them June 18th, 2016. The first week, I had to take it back to get an oil change, because the oil was black. The 3rd week, I lost control of the car due to bad tires and had a blow out. The 5th week, the spark plugs went out on it and Goodyear says it needed a serious front wheel alignment. The day I purchased the car, Crystal told me If I pay the car not within 3 days that I will be considered on time. The first two payments I paid all in one. The third payment was due Friday, August 12th. I called and spoke with Billy at the dealership to let him know my payroll checks are now mailed due to fraud on my account and that I would be in Monday to pay...which is within the 3 days. Early Monday morning around 11:50am, they shut down the car and Krystal called to tell me to catch a ride to make my payment and that my car was shut off. I explained that she told me 3 days. She says she didn't say what time on the third day.....but she said close of business. I was highly upset with her...she had the finance Mgr Beth Michael to call....who was extremely rude. She said I didn't make my payment on time and regardless of 3 days...the pay date is the pay date. So we argued and she hung up on me first. Then she calls back and says...they will talk about whether or not we will keep the loan. I waited all day....but wanted to still get my payment in on the 3rd police she spoke of. They wouldn't even give me a copy of the contract....a minister from my church called to try and help me reconcile the situation...and they totally disrespected her. I made the payment. They gave me a receipt. I then called Crystal to see when my car would be back on. She said ..we didn't call you... I said...well I think that was your intention not to call so that it would really be considered late. She said go get your money back. I asked is it breaching for refusing my money within the appropriate time of paying my car note. I recorded 3 conversations with Crystal stating/lying saying it was passed 3 days...which is why your car is off.....I have dates and times of this. Then on the 3rd time...they called back and said I need for you to be in a meeting at 9 am in the morning. I told them....have you forgotten...I don't have a ride....
I want to know what I can do...if anything...because it was very unethical....they lie to get what they want out of you. Beth Michaels made it clear that I wasn't getting anything back. I made my payment yesterday...they take my car today. I feel justice should be served. What can I do?
