Poor, poor customer care handling. Unawareness by staff of returning customers. Shop ignored my repeated concerns. Lied to blatantly about a recall. Distasteful decision making and actions by the owner. I took my business elsewhere!
Here on business, out of town. Had problem with vehicle. Service staff very helpful, went out of their way to fix issue, even contacting other locations to obtain a part on short notice. Will definitely recommend this location for service.

Took vehicle in for service. The serviceman Michael was who assisted me. I began telling him my issues. I told him that I had replaced air flow sensor and that I believed it was circuit range performance. I was abruptly cut off and told we do our own diagnostic and repairs. After paying $200 for repair, a day later my service engine light came back on. I called to speak to him about it. I was told that I should've told him about a previous repair. The same repair that I was telling him about when he rudely cut me off. When you go to the "Nissan Certified" service for repair you expect them to diagnose and fix the problem for your Nissan. I am terribly disappointed.
