There's a reason they have been in business for over 50 years!
I am very disjointed with this service. Please do not take your puppy here if not fully vaccinated. On July 13, 2017 my daughter dropped off my puppy, picked her up on July 15, 2017. My puppy died on July 22, 2017 had contracted PARVO. I know she picked it up from there this is the only different place she had been. HAVE LEARNED A VERY VALUABLE LESSON I WILL NEVER USE THIS FACILITY AGAIN FOR ANYTHING NOT EVEN TO GET MY NEXT DOG NAILS CLIPPED.
They were able to get my pet in the same day. They did an awesome job and they were very nice
I'm a groomer in Star City, AR. One of my clients came in today with a 4 month old puppy they bought from A1. The puppy was sold to them as a MINIATURE POODLE.. I could tell as soon as they walked in he was NOT poodle. A Shih-Tzu or Shih-Tzu mix.. 16 weeks old and the puppy most definitely has some type of behavioral issue from bad breeding. Please stop supporting people like this and buy from reputable, ethical breeders who health test and show their dogs. Seriously. I will also say this- the last puppy I had come in that was purchased from these people was sold as a TINY TOY POODLE who was supposed to be 8 weeks old.. the dog didn't even have teeth yet. No way she was older than 4 weeks and its AGAINST THE LAW to sell a puppy under 8 weeks much less sell and claim it is older to make it seem smaller! They are seriously ripping people off and don't even care about the well being of the puppies.. $$$$$ is all they care about.. Greedy greedy. Stop supporting them. Grooming and puppy wise. I'm not going to say what my shop name or number is because I am not posting this to try to get business. I'm posting it because its SAD to see people pay for something and get ripped off by people who don't even care. Seriously. You people should be ashamed of yourselves!
I love these guys!! I have been taking my dogs here since they were puppies (6 years) and they LOVE this place!! My dogs get so excited when we drive up. I come all the way from Little Rock because I know at A-1 Grooming they Love dogs as much as I do. They do a great job and have reasonable prices. They have even offered to come to Little Rock to pick up my dogs when I could not drop them off. I recommend them to anyone who cares about the best care for their furry friends.
