I stopped at the "drive thru" on June 28, 2016 and paid over $9.00 for a raw hamburger and some fries that were like some type of dried weeds. I later returned to the restaurant with the garbage, the young lady admitted that the food was inedible but since the crew were preparing to close, all she could do was prepare another meal for me. I declined, and asked for a refund, but they refused the refund. I refused to fight with them at that time, but thinking about that raw, bloody meat and those nasty fries, all I can say is "good-bye Wendy!
Horrible horrible horrible! Managers taking and presenting orders but still can't get it right. Food was horrible!!!! Can't even get a straw for my freaking drink to wash down the old nasty food they serve. Learn some freaking hospitality!!!
Bcuz I was rolling thru hood needing some grubs and dis place was on hit
NO CHIPS WITH TACO SALAD. When I asked for chips was told they were 79 cents extra!!!!!!!! !#!**##! Pines Mall store, Pine Bluff, AR.
They get attitudes when they get my order wrong .There are roaches and spiders in there . the Roaches were in the lettuce and they did not rinse the lettuce off. Bad restaurant not professional at all . Would not recommend this at all .
