Worst hotel policy ever!!! Don't ever book her unless you are 100% your plans won't chance!!! This place is shady as hell!!! I canceled my room 1 week in advance paid in full!!! and was told I won't get a dime back!! Sorry about my bad!!! I will never go to another holiday in ever again!!!
Horrible. Door would not open upon arrival without having to force it. On second night of stay I returned to the room w my children and the key would not work. I called to the front desk and explained that the door would not open. She said she would send someone. Ten minutes later no one had come up. I walked to the front desk and explained that my children and I were locked out. The unprofessional clerk proceeded to yell at me and say that I needed to be patient. I asked her not to yell at me and to act professional. She said I wasn't. I explained that I had spoken in a calm manner the entire time and explained the situation to her and that there was no reason for her to raise her voice at me. She said that she was the only one on duty and that she didn't have to go up there or take care of the problem because she was not maintenance. I was locked out of my room for over an hour and had to call corporate to fix the very simple expectation of having a door open for a paying guest. Very unprofessional staff who do not take care of their customers. The rude clerk of course did not apologize. Will not waste my time or money in this establishment in the future. Avoid this place in favor of a professional establishment.
Room is large and clean. Staff seems friendly. Breakfast is mediocre. Surrounding area is terrible.
Staff was nice. Breakfast good. Clean rooms. Fairly updated. I would stay again.
I really appreciate the service here everyone was so nice. The room was also very clean. As leaving and coming they remember you with a smile and by saying is everything is ok.
