Housekeeping knocking at the door at 9:45am when checkout is at noon.
Room was kinda smelly. Small towels were dirty so I bathed with a big towel. There was long hair in my sink. I used the phone and saw the filth-dust, hair, grime on the base and receiver. Mattress hurt my back. There's a cheap, useless mattress cover on the bed.
Clean room with friendly staff. The hot breakfast was good and coffee was great. My only complaint was that their queen-sized bed was really a double sized bed. I was told they don't really have any queen sized beds in this hotel. But it was still good for what we paid. I would stay here again.
Dog friendly. Room is on the larger size for the price range. Plenty of room for my two dogs plus bags. Across from the heart of town, near the mall.
I left my shoes and called the evening I checked out to go get them but the staff didn't have access to the closet. Finally a very nice member of housekeeping came in to give them to my mom after I had already flown out. I really needed those shoes at the airport as I am 6 months pregnant. Staff should have access to lost and found at all times. If it was my wallet with ID I would have missed my flight.
I reserved a nonsmoking room for October 6-8 2017. Upon my arrival to check in I was given room 207. As I entered the room all l could do is smell strong cigarette scent like someone has just got done smoking like 10 packs of cigarettes at one time. I went back to the check out desk and stated to the representative that I reserved nonsmoking. She looked at me and said we do not have anything else available. I traveled all the way from Indianapolis which was about an 8 hour drive to be so disappointing for the cashier to just offer me my money back with no where else to go. After that I left. I've been calling to speak with the manager and left my number and no one seems to care or return my phone call. That was the most unprofessional way to treat anyone who traveled so far away from home and left out in the streets.
No where is it listed that there is no elevator. Again, being pregnant bringing my bags up 2 flights of stairs is ridiculous. My ankles were very swollen. I would have stayed elsewhere.
Quiet and Clean. Beds are extremely comfortable. Location has some light breakfast but the location is very close to fast food restaurants.
